Reception admissions September 2026

For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 school days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education.

To apply for our current Reception classes, please contact Medway Council directly. From January 2026, applications can be made directly to the school.

Casual in-year admission

For admissions into Rochester Riverside CoE Primary School please complete the casual admissions form and return to our office or email to admissions@rrcoe.medway.sch.uk. For any queries please call 01634 471697.

We will write to you with the application outcome within 15 school days of receiving your application.

If, after you have submitted an in-year admission application for Rochester Riverside C of E Primary, we are unable to secure a place for your child you have the right to appeal. An appeal form is available below.
